Co-Author of the book "ACT for Musicians - A Guide for Using Acceptance and Commitment Training to Enhance Performance, Overcome Performance Anxiety, and Improve Well-Being", I offer ACT Training for Professional Musicians, Music Students or Vocal & Instrumental Ensembles that wish to work on improving performance and overall well-being.

One on one, in duo with a friend, learn how to reconnect and express yourself with your voice. Trained as classical singer, I teach all genres of music from Classical, Folk, Pop/Rock, Jazz and Musicals.

ACT&VOCAL coaching is a new and unique Coaching method where we merge the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) with VOCAL Coaching in order for you to become more flexible, find what matters, and commit to make your voice heard by all.
